Mailshots
If you communicate with your existing customers or potential new customers on a regular basis (weekly/monthly) via the post then we can handle this for you. We will write/compose the mailshot letter based on notes supplied by you, mail merge, print, collate and mail out. We would require you to provide a mailing list/database containing names and addresses of the intended recipients and that the cost of postage is paid in advance.
The cost of the mailshot service will depend on the time taken to write copy, the total number of items/letters to be mailed and any enclosures. Therefore, each mailshot will be charged for on a project basis. We will provide you with an estimate in advance.
