Marketing Audits
This is a "marketing health check" which companies find useful in focusing their attention not only on marketing matters but also on various other aspects of their operation. It involves conducting a detailed discussion and examination of the company's activities, scrutinising the company's overall marketing strategy, looking at how effective it is at lead generation and determining its strengths and weaknesses among other things. Following the audit a full report is prepared setting out the findings, making recommendations and proposing a marketing plan.
